1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website, social media channels, messaging platforms, or physical store (if applicable).

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. We may update or revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be applicable.

 

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • Provide accurate and complete information

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (full or partial) and official confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

For in-store purchases, confirmation is issued upon billing.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net banking, cash, or approved EMI partners

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order

 

5. Delivery, Shipping & Risk

We take great care in ensuring safe delivery of every order.

  • For in-store pickup, responsibility transfers at the time of collection

  • For shipped orders, responsibility transfers once the product is handed over to the courier partner

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We aim to maintain fairness while preserving the nature of handcrafted and customized products.

  • Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund

  • Standard products may be eligible for exchange or return only in case of manufacturing defects

  • Products must be unused, with original packaging, invoice, and certificates intact

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order placement

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

 

7. Product Authenticity & Warranty

Every product is crafted with attention to quality and authenticity.

Where applicable, products are accompanied by certification from recognized laboratories.

We provide warranty against manufacturing defects only.

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or mishandling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or damage after use

In case of a genuine manufacturing issue, we will assess and provide appropriate resolution.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and other brand elements, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission.

 

9. Privacy & Communication

Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to receive essential communication regarding your purchase via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.

 

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or labor disruptions

  • Courier or logistics delays

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Technical or system failures

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

13. Store Conduct

We expect all visitors to maintain respectful conduct within our physical store.

Any form of misconduct, theft, or damage to property may result in legal action.
