The Jewelite Standard
Jewelite offers fine natural diamond jewellery, crafted with precision and care. Each creation is handcrafted and may exhibit subtle variations inherent to the artisanal process. Certified diamonds are provided where applicable.
Orders & Payment
Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Jewelite reserves the right to cancel orders in case of discrepancies or suspected fraud.
Personalised Creations
Many creations are bespoke. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Such pieces are not eligible for return except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via insured partners. Delivery timelines are indicative. Responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
