Buyback and Exchange on Customized Jewellery
Due to the bespoke nature of customized jewellery, crafted specifically to your unique preferences, Jewelite reserves the right of final decision regarding any buyback or exchange requests.
Exchange or Upgrade Anytime
You may choose to exchange or upgrade your jewellery at any time under the following terms:
- Exchange credit is calculated based on the prevailing price: 100% for metal and 80% for diamonds, excluding making charges and taxes.
- If an item is damaged, missing stones, or missing certificates, a proportional amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
- All making charges and applicable taxes will be deducted from the offered exchange value.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, after deduction of administration fees.
- Orders cancelled after 48 hours and before shipment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the making charges and administration fees.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
