Welcome to Jewelite. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.jewelite.co and apply to all enquiries, consultations, and purchases made with Jewelite. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Jewelite
Jewelite is a House of Bespoke Jewellery specialising in custom-crafted fine jewellery using exclusively natural diamonds, precious gemstones, and precious metals.
Every creation is individually crafted to order with an emphasis on exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and transparency.
2. Product Representation
Our images, renders, and videos are intended to represent each design concept as accurately as possible.
As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, dimensions, metal weight, or the natural characteristics of diamonds and gemstones are inherent to bespoke craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
3. Natural Diamonds
Jewelite exclusively offers natural diamond jewellery. Unless otherwise specified, individual natural diamonds above 0.30 carats are accompanied by an independent GIA grading report.
Every natural diamond is unique, and minor variations in inclusions, colour, or appearance are part of its natural character.
4. Bespoke Design Process
Most Jewelite creations are individually manufactured following a personal consultation and design approval.
Manufacturing begins after receipt of the agreed advance payment and approval of the final CAD design, where applicable. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible, except where required under applicable law.
5. Quotations & Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative. A written quotation issued by Jewelite following consultation will constitute the final price.
Precious metal prices, natural diamond selection, design revisions, taxes, and shipping requirements may affect the final quotation.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges may affect the final quotation.
6. Orders & Payments
An order is accepted only after design approval, where applicable, receipt of the agreed advance payment, and written confirmation from Jewelite.
Ownership of the jewellery transfers only after full payment has been received.
7. Hallmarking & Certification
Gold jewellery is supplied with BIS hallmarking in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.
Individual natural diamonds above 0.30 carats are supplied with an independent GIA grading report.
8. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. As every creation is crafted to order, timelines may vary due to sourcing, manufacturing, hallmarking, certification, logistics, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond Jewelite’s reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Owing to the bespoke nature of our creations, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has commenced, except where required under applicable law or where:

A verified manufacturing defect exists

An incorrect product has been delivered

The product differs materially from the approved design
Any such concern must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Returns, exchanges, upgrades, buyback, and cancellations are governed by Jewelite’s Return, Exchange, Upgrade, Buyback & Cancellation Policy.
10. Jewellery Care & Client Support
Customers are responsible for following appropriate jewellery care instructions to help protect their jewellery from damage, chemicals, impact, improper handling, and excessive wear.
Jewelite may provide guidance, inspection, repair, or resizing support upon request, subject to product assessment, technical feasibility, applicable charges, and Jewelite’s approval.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, and third-party repairs, resizing, or alterations are not considered manufacturing defects.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, renders, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, text, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Jewelite or its licensors.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used without prior written consent.
12. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, functionality, content, or accessibility.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, or any information made available through it.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or place an order with Jewelite.
13. Privacy
Personal information shared with Jewelite is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewelite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of its products.
Where liability applies, Jewelite’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
15. Force Majeure
Jewelite shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction available under applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
17. Amendments
Jewelite reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on www.jewelite.co with the revised update date.
