At Jewelite, every creation is handcrafted specifically for you. As a House of Bespoke Jewellery, each piece is made to order using natural diamonds and precious metals. This policy explains our approach to returns, exchanges, upgrades, buyback, and order cancellations.
Custom-Made Jewellery
Every Jewelite creation is individually crafted according to your selected design and specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, returns and exchanges are generally not available, except where expressly approved by Jewelite or required under applicable law.
Exchange, Upgrade & Buyback
Jewelite may offer an exchange, upgrade, or buyback for eligible jewellery, subject to inspection and approval.
Only jewellery originally purchased from Jewelite is eligible. Products purchased from any other jeweller or brand will not be accepted.
Where approved:

Metal value will be credited at 100% of the prevailing metal value, calculated using the jewellery’s net metal weight and the applicable rate on the inspection date.

Natural diamonds will be credited at 80% of the prevailing current market value, as determined internally by Jewelite at the time of inspection.

Diamond condition, certification, and other relevant factors may affect the final diamond valuation.

Original making charges, certification charges, taxes, duties, and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not form part of the exchange, upgrade, or buyback value.

The jewellery must be accompanied by all original certificates and documents.
Condition of Jewellery
If the jewellery is damaged, altered, repaired, or resized by a third party, or if any diamonds, gemstones, certificates, documents, or components are missing, Jewelite may proportionately reduce the exchange, upgrade, or buyback value or decline the request.
The final value will be confirmed only after Jewelite completes its inspection and assessment.
Order Confirmation & Manufacturing
Upon receipt of the agreed advance payment, Jewelite will issue an order confirmation.
Manufacturing begins after receipt of the agreed advance payment and approval of the final CAD design, where applicable.
Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of receipt of payment may be eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable administrative and payment-processing charges.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours but before approval of the final CAD design and the start of manufacturing may be considered at Jewelite’s discretion and may be subject to applicable charges.

Once the final CAD design has been approved and manufacturing has commenced, bespoke orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled, as the jewellery is being created specifically for the customer.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Administrative and payment-processing charges may include bank or payment-gateway fees, design consultation costs, CAD or customisation work already completed, documentation charges, and other reasonable costs incurred in processing the jewellery order.

Any applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount and will be communicated during the review of the cancellation request.
Manufacturing Defects
If your jewellery has a verified manufacturing defect or differs materially from the approved design, please notify Jewelite within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Jewelite will inspect the jewellery and, where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, determine whether repair or replacement is the appropriate resolution.
Assessment of Requests
All requests for exchange, upgrade, and buyback will be assessed by Jewelite on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
