As Jewelite jewellery is bespoke and made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not available unless approved by Jewelite or required by law. Eligible jewellery may be considered for exchange, upgrade, or buyback after inspection. Original certificates and documents are required, and deductions may apply as per policy.

Clean jewellery gently with lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid wearing it while swimming, exercising, handling chemicals, or doing strenuous activities. Store each piece separately and check prongs, clasps, and settings regularly. Professional inspection is recommended once or twice a year.
